Chicken Boneless Boti (chicken boneless bites)


Chicken Boneless boti is a yummy dish to check out:

chicken boneless 1 lb
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
papaya paste 1 tsp
turmeric pd 1/4 tsp
salt 1 tsp
red chili pd 2 tsp
cumin pd 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
yogurt 1 cup
coriander leaves 1/4 bunch chopped
mint leaves 1/4 bunch chopped
oil 3 tbsp

take salt, red chili, cumin pd, all spice pd, turmeric pd, ginger n garlic paste, and papaya paste


add chicken and mix well... and leave it for minimum 15 - 20 minutes... but don't over marinate because papaya paste will make it bit bitter as well and minced kind


add yogurt, mint and coriander leaves...mix




Heat oil, add the marinated chicken... cover and cook for 10 minutes... uncover and then cook on high flame  till you get a thick gravy


Dish out and serve

  1. Can we use meat tenderizer instead of papaya paste??..if yes then how much do u suggest.
