Black Pepper Chicken | Healthy and Quick Recipe by morEwish

Quick, easy, healthy and yummy recipe... My family delicacy, coming your way...


It could be your quick fix dinner or serve it as a side dish for your dinner party


Skip unhealthy portions and you can easily have it with whole wheat bread, or make a sandwich, or top it on your favorite salad.

you need:

chicken 1 lb
yogurt 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp (to tatse)
crushed black pepper 1 - 1 1/2 tsp 
garlic 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
all spice pd (garam masla) 1/2 tsp (optional)
french fries - for serving
steamed peas - for serving

in a bowl, add yogurt, garlic, salt and black pepper.. mix well


add chicken and cook till chicken get tender


dish out, spread fries ans sprinkle peas all over, sprinkle garam masala if desired and serve
