Bubble Pizza


few weeks back my bestie Sidra Iqbal tried it and shared this recipe... i tried it as well and it turned out supper yummy and we loved it... we need:

all purpose flour 5 cups
oil 8tbsp
milk powder 2 tbsp
yeast 2 tbsp
baking powder 1/4 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
water for kneading

topping of your choice
cheese mix of mozerella and Cheddar 
egg 1 
sesame seeds 

Mix all the dry ingredients... addoil, then slowly start adding the luke warm water a little at a time. 

Make a soft dough, the softer the better, knead it very well for at least 5 - 6 minutes or more... 


separately make filling of your choice, i made Fajita this time


Once dough become double in size, punch it down, give it a quick knead and then divide the dough into 2 equal parts.

Roll half of the dough to about 12", then place it on a greased pizza tray. 



Divide the second part of the dough into small balls


fill each one with cheese of your choice, I used some grated mozzarella and cheddar... 


Seal the balls well and 




place them all around the border of the pizza...  Lightly cover the pizza and let it sit for about 15 minutes... for second proofing... 






then spread the pizza sauce


then sprinkle some cheese, then your topping and then more cheese


then brush the balls with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds over it


bake for 30 - 40 minutes on 180 C /350 F or until golden
