Yummy, puffy, cheesy snack... my moms favorite recipe... n i missed u maa when i was making and having this... love u Mommy :)
puff pastry 1 sheet
egg 1
cheddar cheese 4-5 tbsp
paprika (some to sprinkle)
mustard pd (some to sprinkle)
roll puff pastry... brush with beaten egg
sprinkle cheese over it
now sprinkle some paprika pd and mustard pd all over ... press with light hand so that all get stick on sheet
cut the small rectangular pieces with knife or pizza cutter
pick one piece and make knot kind... keep the cheese side up... and put all knots on baking sheet lined with butter paper
bake them on 350 F/ 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes
yummy snack is ready to serve with tea/coffee
