Chicken Malai Boti ملاۂی چکن recipe by morEwish

Creamy, juicy and tender, these succulent barbeque chicken pieces are my all time favorite! These melt in your mouth pieces are marinated with heavy cream and yogurt with other seasoning, and grilled to perfection.








There is no doubt these chicken pieces taste great when grilled, but if weather wont permit or you dont have that facility you can pan sear them or bake them as well. You can sear them without threading them into skewers as well.

Ingredients:



Chicken boneless cubes - 1 lb, leg and thigh preffered
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Heavy cream 1/2 cup 
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
Cumin, roasted and crushed - 1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek leaves (qasoori methi) - 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 1/2 - 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tbsp 
Green chili paste 1 - 2 tbsp, optional
Oil/Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tbsp for marination more for basting
