Ramadan and Iftar are in complete without Samosa's...  so today I made beef filling one... and chicken filling is ready to get shape too... sharing beef one rite now... and sorry for not showing you the final result... but it would definitely be coming in Ramadan inshAllah :)

minced meat 1 lb
crushed red chili 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
all spice powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
oil 1 tsp
minced garlic 1/2 tsp
ginger paste 1/2 tsp
coriander leaved chopped 3-4 tbsp
green chilies chopped 3-4 tbsp
finely chopped onion 4 tbsp
samosa pastry sheets
flour & water mixture - for sealing

first make filling... heat oil in pan, add minced meat, salt, red pepper, cumin and coriander crushed, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic

cook on low heat, till meat get tender and all water get dries

take out in separate bowl... and let it cool completely

when cooled, add chopped onion, chopped coriander and chopped chilies... toss well

for giving it a shape,... make flour and water thick paste for sealing

take a samosa sheet, and put it on plain surface

turn from one end, and give it a cone shape

now take a spoon full filling and fill in that cone

close the cone top and giving it a triangular shape, turn from one side

one more turn from the other side

and roll all the remaining sheet... and seal it with flour mixture from the edges

put them on flat sheet, and keep them in freezer to get firm

when completely freezed, keep them in freezer bag with label on it....

when frying, take out from freezer, and fry directly... and Enjoy :)
