Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Rolls


few things get associated with some occasions... samosay, dahi baray, chat, rolls etc etc etc.... I am really excited for Ramadan... for spiritual sehri and yum yum Iftari... so my pre-ramadan preparations are at its peak.... these are super yummy and healthy rolls...

and sorry for not showing the final result... will definitely post that picture in Ramadan

chicken 1 lb (boiled with garlic and pepper corns)
spaghetti 1 cup (boiled)
minced garlic 1/2 tsp
ketchup 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
cheese 1/2 cup
roll sheets 12 - 14
flour and water mixture to seal rolls

first boil chicken pieces with garlic and pepper corns... and shred it


now, heat oil fry garlic


add ketchup and soy sauce, mix


add shredded chicken in it and boiled spaghetti.... add salt and black pepper and mix well


keep that mixture aside and let it cool completely


to seal that roll, make a flour and water mixture 


now, take one roll sheet


place the chicken mixture diagonally... and put the cheese on top


start rolling it... and give it a roll shape (as seen in the picture)


seal the sides and tip with flour mixture 



give it a final roll shape


place all the rolls on tray


now, put all those in a single layer and freeze


when they get firm, put them in freezer bag, label them and store them for future use :)
