Chicken Pakora


one of its kind, yummy recipe... make your Iftar more delightful :)

chicken boneless (bite size) 1 cup
soy sauce 1 tbsp
chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
salt a pinch (if required)
lemon juice 1 tsp

for batter:
gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
water to make paste

oil for frying

first marinate chicken with soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt, and lemon juice


keep the marinated chicken in fridge for minimum 1/2 hour


then in a mixing bowl, add gram flour, salt and baking powder


make a thick paste with water


then, dip each piece of marinated chicken in gram flour mixture and deep fry in medium hot oil till chicken tender and get a good golden color on top


Put them on paper towel to absorb excess oil


serve with ketchup or with your favorite chutney and enjoy :)

  1. Can we use chicken with boned too coz this be little costly if made inbulk
