Egg & Cheese Crispy Spring Rolls انڈے اور چیز کے اسپرنگ رول Recipe for Ramadan

The outside is perfectly crunchy and is filled with creamy eggs and gooey cheese! It’s hearty, it’s delicious, and you’re going to be hooked after one bite!









Boiled eggs, mixed with hot white sauce will create that gooey cheesy egg mixture. Then I dipped these rolls in beaten egg and then coat then with bread crumbs which are mixed with sesame seeds







Its my family and friends favorite! Especially in Ramadan they all always expect when comes over for iftar and my siblings back home not only misses me (I hope ;) ) but miss these rolls as well!

Ingredients:



Eggs 3 boiled
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated
Green chilies 2 tbsp chopped
Cilantro 4 tbsp chopped
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2  tbsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Egg 1 beaten
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
Spring roll pastry sheets 
Oil for frying

  2. Aysha, you can substitute it with regular mustard paste which we use as condiment but instead of half teaspoon use 1 teaspoon.
