Fried Chicken Shashlik Sticks شاشلک اسٹکس | Ramadan recipe by morEwish

Updated in April' 2019

Marinated chicken, thread in skewers, with lot of vegetables, dipped in beaten egg, then fried in hot oil! It is a delicious recipe perfect for iftar, game nights, kitty parties when entertaining a crowd. It is an amazing snack recipe and would be loved by everyone.

It's not only taste great, and equally enjoyed by kids and adults but it looks presentable on any dinner table. I would suggest you to add this on Eid parties, or it could be any party appetizer to please your guests. Recipe courtesy Shireen Anwer ... with few of my own changes!

You can make them ahead of time, and freeze in single layer. When they are completely frozen, transfer them in labelled zip lock bags and they will stay in freezer for upto a month!
