Samosa Chaat 😋 recipe for Ramadan 🕌 by morEwish

Updated on May 21st '18

Chaat is a South Asian snacks that is a powerhouse of flavors and texture. Mixture of salty, sweet, spicy, tart, and more without skipping a beat. And today I am making Samosa Chaat, this is an excellent way to use up leftover samosas, however I bet you will go ahead and make samosas just for it!

I used my homemade Aloo Samosa today, then add boiled chickpeas, or you can add boiled cubed potatoes too. Then some refreshing touch with chopped onions and/or cubed tomatoes. Now it's time to cool down that warm, spicy foundation, and almost always, that means a drizzle of well-whisked sweet yogurt. Then goes chutneys, refreshing cilantro-mint chutney and tangy tamarind chutney —both recipes are up on my channel. Drizzle them on with abandon, and don't worry about the final result looking like a chaotic spiced circus. Because don't you kind of want to know what a chaotic curry-spiced circus tastes like? 😋

So here is my version of a Samoosa Chaat, which is very easy and simple to prepare if you have all the required ingredients handy. It needs just a wee bit of assembling.
So get going and dish out this amazing treat in the comfort of your home and enjoy this mouth watering delicacy with family and friends. A favourite all year round, chaat makes a grand entry onto our dining tables in Ramadan for sure!
