Easy Peasy Chocolate Cup Cakes... great recipe for beginners... and yummy treat to make with the help of kids and to have with them..
egg 1
oil 1/3 cup
sugar 3/4 cup
all purpose flour 1 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
cocoa powder 1/2 cup
milk 3/4 cup
vanilla essence 1 tsp
preheat oven on 350 F (175 C)
line cupcake pans with paper or foil liners
in medium sized bowl... add all dry ingredients and combine them well
beat oil and sugar... add an egg and mix well
gradually mix the dry ingredient mixture and milk.... beat for a minute
scrap sides, give it a stir, pour in prepared pans
and bake it for 15 - 18 minutes or toothpick inserted comes out clean
cool them on wire rack... and frost them ... or have them as it is
they are yumm in both ways
