Chicken tikka chunks cooked with creamy tomato sauce, topped with cheese, A Yummiest and deadly combo!
I made this over iftar, my family thoroughly enjoyed it, and its a complete meal.. have it with side of garlic bread, something different yet yummy!

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 1 lb
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Chicken tikka masala, any brand, 3 tbsp
Yogurt (dahi) 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Macaroni 1 cup, uncooked
Capsicum, chopped 1 cup
Onion, chopped 1
Mushroom 6 sliced
For Tomato Creamy Sauce:
Butter 3 tbsp
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Tomato sauce/puree 2 tbsp
Salt/chicken powder 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
Water/ chicken broth 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
