I was thinking to have something light and at the same time wants to give kids something yummy and healthy... so I have this sandwich...all you need
tuna 1 can
mix veggies 1/4 cup (i used peas and carrots) - stir fry with salt & pepper
mayonnaise 1 tbsp
ketchup 1 tbsp
pizza sauce
cheddar cheese
buns/ bread slices
take bowl, mix with tuna, stir fried veggies, mayo and ketchup
take a piece of bread/bun... spread pizza sauce, then with the mixture
sprinkle cheese
