Mix of eggy, veggies, pasta, rice and some spice... yum yum flavors a complete meal... a must try
chicken boneless 500 gm
minced garlic 1 tsp
spaghetti boiled 1/2 packet
spring onion 2 chopped
carrot 1 chopped
green chilies 3 -4 chopped
eggs 2
turmeric powder 1 tsp
worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
salt and black pepper to taste
oil 3 -4 tbsp
Heat oil in pan, add minced garlic... fry till golden brown
now add chicken pieces, fry till its color turn to golden brown
now add 2 beaten eggs and let it cook for few seconds... add spring onions and carrots... cook for few minutes... then add boiled spaghetti and mix well for 2 minutes
add boiled rice, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and chopped green chilies... mix well over high flame
