Muslim Businesses around us! For Ramadan, Eid and more - review by morEwish

Every year when it comes to decorating my house or to make gift baskets and favor boxes in Ramadan or for Eid, I plan some DIY crafty decor and bring nifty ideas to the table. This year I decided to mix handmade/homemade pieces with other creative products available in market to enjoy this Ramadan. Reason behind this thought was simple - I wanted to help Muslim entrepreneurs around. This time of the year they all bring out best of their products and it is for and you and for me, we are there target audience!

Now to start with, there are big ventures to small businesses, some offer big ticket super fancy decor pieces while there are some who just offer digital file, so you just print at home. Today I am sharing few of them, whom I interacted with and recommend them to you guys as well!

Dates are essential part of Ramadan, Muslims around the world, follow a religious tradition of serving dates at their iftar table, to break their fast with them.

This girl Aminah have Chicago base business called Dates and co where she handcraft Medjool dates, offer 8 different kinds of filling like Nutella, peanut butter crunch, cookies and cream etc and then dip them in Belgium chocolate! She was kind enough to drop off a sample box, which we all loved and devoured them! Especially my girls are not a fan of dates, they loved them as well. Aminah have her Instagram business page Dates&co, they ship all over US.

Then I have this business to introduce to you, its Happy Street Store owned by Fakhera, it's a one stop shop of everything Ramadan and Eid, Islamic decor, books and more. I loved this beautiful serving platter at her shop and ordered. Can’t wait to use it for iftar gatherings ( 🤷🏻‍♀️ as if), I know I can use it for something like iftar charcuterie or just to display dates or even snack on iftar inshAllah!

Now I would love to mention Up a Notch gifts here own by Kiran. It's definitely a one stop shop for all your gift giving needs. She offers cute and cost-effective way to add personalize touch to any party favors and candy wrappers for any occasion.

Ellmyra is planning to fast for the first time this Ramadan inshAllah so I ordered these cute candy wrappers at Up a notch store, (we definitely love the pun). And Ellmyra can't wait to share these favors on her Roza khushai inshAllah.
Kiran was sweet enough to add some of her Eid Mubarak stickers and Mubarak cards in my package.

Now here I am talking about New Tradition! This is newly launched business New Tradition Store is offering something unique, which was missing for Muslim children here in North America and something I personally always wished for.

They have these beautiful Muslim and Ramadan themed inflatables with more outdoor products to offer. The day we received this package, the joy and excitement was real! (Here I am not talking about girls 😉). These inflatables are up in our front yard and are definitely making our house ready for Ramadan! These are great for Dawah first of all, one of the dog walker just yesterday wished Ovais Happy Ramadan, while he was working in yard. It's a great way to share the joy and excitement and we are creating New Traditions all the way!!

This company New Tradition Store is owned by sweet couple, she was kind enough to offer me more discount when I was placing order. May Allah give them more ajar and give barkah in all their endeavors!

Here I would like to mention two more businesess Sweet Greeting Gifts, owned by two sisters they offer memorable gift ideas all round year. And Crateful where she offers thematic cratefuls with different elements for any holiday and ocassion.

In this post I just mention very few businesses which I came across, there are many and everyone is offering something unique in their own way! And this post is just a small effort from my side to help fellow Muslim entrepreneurs.
