Why Dubai Chocolate Dates Went Viral

Tips for the Perfect Chocolate Dates:

Choose the Right Dates – Medjool dates work best because they’re plump, soft, and naturally sweet.

Don’t Skip Chilling – Refrigerating the stuffed dates before dipping helps keep the filling intact and prevents mess.

Use Quality Chocolate – Opt for semi-sweet or dark chocolate for a rich and balanced flavor.

Customize the Filling – Swap pistachio cream with almond or hazelnut spread for a different flavor twist.

Garnish Creatively – Sprinkle shredded Kataifi, crushed pistachios, or edible gold dust for an elegant touch.

Instagram Reel:

Ingredients You’ll Need:

Dates (preferably Medjool dates)
1 tbsp butter
100 gm Kataifi pastry, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp pistachio cream
1 tsp tahini
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Chopped pistachios for garnish

How to Make Chocolate Stuffed Dates (Step-by-Step):

1. Prepare the Dates – Wash and pat dry the dates. Make a slit and remove the pit.

2. Prepare the Filling – In a pan, melt the butter and add finely chopped Kataifi pastry. Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Transfer to a bowl and mix in pistachio cream and tahini. Let it cool completely.

3. Stuff the Dates – Take a spoonful of the cooled Kataifi pistachio filling and fill the cavity of each date. Place the filled dates in the fridge to firm up. Chilling them makes them easier to handle when dipping in chocolate.

4. Melt the Chocolate – In a bowl, combine chocolate chips or chopped chocolate with coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue microwaving in 10-second intervals until smooth.

5. Coat the Dates – Remove the dates from the fridge. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each date into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

6. Garnish and Set – Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top before the chocolate hardens. Keep them in the fridge until ready to serve.

No-bake Oreo Peanut Butter Bars اوریو پینٹ بٹر بارس recipe by morEwish

Oreo cookie crumb crust with light, moussey peanut butter fluff, sweetened by Oreo creme filling and crumbled Oreos on top, I mean how can you go wrong with peanut butter and Oreos?

Eashul and Ellmyra picked this recipe by themselve, its not not always the easiest or cleanest to work with kids, but its always fun and worth the mess because it's something we truly love to do together. My favorite part is seeing them react to our finished product.

You can definately make them ahead and they will stay fine covered in fridge or if you are preparing for a party, or even for the Holiday season. These  bars will happily stay in the freezer for several weeks.

Chocolate Crumble Bars چاکلیٹ کرمبل بارس recipe by morEwish

These easy crumble bars combine two of my favorite things, gooey, melty chocolate and rich, buttery shortbread, into a satisfying layered treat.
Found this recipe at the back of Walmart brand Great Value Condensed milk, they turned out great and hit all that spots!

These bars are decadent enough for a special occasion dessert, but they are also a comforting snack after a long, busy day, served alongside a cup of coffee or tea. Or as Holiday season is upon us, you can package them nicely and send to your kids school teachers, co-workers or to neighbors along with other treats or gift card.

They can easily be made the day before you need to serve them as they keep well covered in foil at room temperature. This simple recipe requires no eggs, and if you want to skip nuts, the bars are delectable without them as well. Chocolate chips and condensed milk can be microwaved for 2 minutes instead of cooked on the stovetop to save time.

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided (1 cup for fudge rest is for cumb topping)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

No-bake Butterfinger Cream Pie بٹرفنگر پاۂے recipe by morEwish

If you are like my family who doesn't enjoy fruit based pies that much, try this butterfinger cream pie, it has butterfinger candy, creamy peanut butter filling, oreo crust and chocolate ganache on top, it has nothing which you can say no to!

I recieved these Butterfinger bites complimentary from influenster for testing purposes!

A chocolate oreo crust is filled with a rich and creamy filling with peanut butter and lots of crushed Butterfinger Candy bars. Not only are Butterfingers one of the most delicious candies, they’re super easy to crush and once crushed, that awesome Butterfinger flavor is easily distributed throughout the entire deesert.
Every little bite of this Butterfinger Pie has lots of butterfinger flavor.

This is the latest no-bake treat I made for my family and it did not last long! You know I’m all about no-bake recipes. My family is not the biggest peanut butter fan, but they do enjoy the occasional Butterfinger candy bar from time to time. For some reason this pie was hit. With only few ingredients including the premade pie crust my mind was set. I whipped it up in a matter of minutes then put it in the fridge to chill for a few hours. The wait was well worth every bite. It was so creamy and incredible! We drenched it in chocolate ganache.

Mocha Caramel Bites 🍬 | Hostess gift 🎁 ideas by morEwish

What better gift to give this holiday season than one that can be eaten? This small, thoughtful gift is a good way to thank a hostess

Graham cracker crust with gooey caramel center and yummy chocolate coffee topping, I know this explanation is enough and i bet you are drooling now!

Video Tutorial:

Ingredients:

Crust:
Vegetable cooking spray
12 whole (6 ounces) cinnamon graham crackers, crumbled or 2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, melted

Caramel:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 tablespoon water

Chocolate Sauce:
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 3/4 teaspoons instant espresso powder

For the crust:
Position an oven rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 9-inch round springform pan with parchment or waxed paper. You can use rectangular shaped one for nice square pieces
Spray the paper and the sides of the pan with cooking spray.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the graham crackers and sugar. Process until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.
Add the melted butter and blend until the mixture forms into clumps. Spread the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, pressing gently to form an even layer.
Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust is golden. Cool for 15 minutes.

For the caramel:
While the crust is cooling, in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of cream, butter, sugar, and water.
Stir over medium heat until the mixture is smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer registers 240 degrees F, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Now for those of you who doesn't have candy thermometer. Drop some candy into cold water. If the candy forms a soft, flexible ball it is at a temperature of 235-240 degrees Fahrenheit or at the soft ball stage, and that's what we need for this recipe.
Carefully pour the caramel over the warm crust. Cool for 20 minutes. Freeze until firm, about 10 minutes.

For the chocolate layer: Combine the chocolate chips and cream in a small bowl and place over a pan of simmering water.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, about 3 minutes. Whisk in the espresso powder.
Remove the springform pan from the freezer. Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel layer and smooth with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Allow the layers to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Using a warm, slightly wet knife, carefully cut around the edges of the chocolate layer.
Release the side of the pan and remove the paper from the bottom. Cut into 1 1/2 by 1/2-inch bars and store airtight in a covered plastic container.

Walnut Chocolate Toffee Bars by morEwish

Shortbread crust topped with melted chocolate and toasted walnuts. This recipe was adapted from Diamond Walnuts package, but these types of bars are classic and a lot of fun because you can vary the nuts and chocolate

I used semi sweet chocolate for these, but they’d also be good topped with chopped hazelnut flavored chocolate or milk chocolate. Also, the recipe halves well, so if you want to make a half batch
just halve all the ingredients and bake in an 8 inch square pan. Really good butter and chocolate would make them even better!

Video Tutorial:

Ingredients:

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Nutty Chocolate Bar

We have chocolate, lots of nuts and peanut butter, who could have said No....

These are super easy and quick to make... The hard part is waiting for them to firm up overnight. I simply have no patience, so I just put the pan in the freezer for an hour, and voila! – they were good to go.

1½ cups rolled oats (use gluten-free if desired)
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup pecans
½ cup almonds
½ cup agave nectar
1 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
½ cup dark chocolate chips

Feel free to substitute your favorite nuts/seeds for any you don’t have on hand or don’t like. You could sub dried fruit for chocolate chips, too.

Line an 8×8 (or similar size) pan or baking dish with parchment paper. Leave extra on the sides to use as handles for removing the bars later.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, seeds and nuts; mix thoroughly.

Add agave nectar to the mixture and stir until well coated.

Add peanut butter (or other nut butter) to the mixture and mix until well combined.

Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan/baking dish and press firmly until it is evenly distributed.

Original recipe instructs to allow mixture to then sit overnight (to firm up) before cutting into bars. As I mentioned, I’m not that patient. I put mine in the freezer for an hour or so and it seemed to work just fine.

Using the parchment paper handles, remove the entire block from pan/baking dish, then cut into 16 bars.

I found that the bars start to lose their firmness if left out for too long. Best to store them in the freezer (in my opinion).

When storing the bars in a container, place a sheet of parchment paper between the layers to avoid bars sticking together.

Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Granola is a breakfast food and snack food, popular here in America. Most of them consist of rolled oats, nuts, honey, and sometimes puffed rice, that is usually baked until crisp. But these are homemade, no bake, soft and chewy bars with bursting chocolate

1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
3 cups oats
1 cup mini chocolate chips
(leave out a few chocolate chips to sprinkle ontop)

In a large bowl mix together the oats, chocolate chips. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan, heat butter, brown sugar and honey. Heat until butter melts. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir into oat mixture. Mix well to combine.

Line a 9x9 baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Pour into a pre-paired pan. Press down with the back of a spatula. Sprinkle with a few of the chocolate chips. Press them into the granola bars.

Place into the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

Use the foil to life the bars from the pan. Cut into bars.

Keep in the fridge to keep them from melting

Makes: 10-12 granola bars (depending on the size you cut them)

Tagalongs Cookies

Tagalongs. ... Crispy cookies layered with peanut butter and covered with a chocolaty coating... I would say a deadly combination... 3 ingredients, no baking... The following measurements are for making 10 cookies. I wrote it out this way hoping it would be easiest for those of you wanting to make a little…or a lot! It’s easy to double or quadruple, and easy to make just 1/2 the batch. Enjoy!

10 Vanilla Wafers
3 heaped tablespoons peanut butter
4oz chocolate (can use chocolate chips, almond bark or any bar of your favorite chocolate)

Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on top of each vanilla wafer. Now recipe calls for creamy, but i used chunky because that's what i had on hand

Melt chocolate in a small bowl, and one by one, carefully place each cookie into the chocolate. Using a spoon to pour chocolate over the tops

Scoop the cookie out of the bowl of chocolate using a fork and gently tap on the side of the bowl to help give the cookie a smooth finish.

Place coated cookies on wax paper until set. Or keep them in refrigerator

And here you go.. Enjoy!
