Crispy Fish Fillets
Easy peasy, yummy recipe, have it for snack, any high tea party or as a side. I bet, you will love it...
you need:
Fish fillets 1 lb, boneless (I Used Tilapia, you can use any good quality meaty fish)
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp
Seasoned flour:
Flour 1 cup
corn flour 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
mustard powder 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying:
Cut fillets, wash them properly (if you smell issue, wash them with salt, flour and lemon juice/vinegar)
add salt, black pepper and lemon juice, leave the for 15 - 20 minutes
Season the flour with salt, black pepper, mustard powder, corn flour and baking powder
drain the excess water from fish,
dretch the fish pieces in seasoned flour. you can do it two time for crispy coating
deep fry fillets on medium heat
and enjoy
