So on this beautiful Rainy day, I made these yummy Baisani Paratha's (Gram flour flat bread).. and served them with garlic chutney and raita..

Ingredients for Baisan ki Roti:
3 cups baisan (gram flour)
2 cups whole wheat flour or all purpose flour
salt
1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)

1 tsp crushed red pepper (kuti lal mirch)
1/4 tsp turmeric pd (haldi)
1 tbsp coriander seeds - coarsely crushed (kuta dhaniya)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
3/4 tbsp chopped cilantro (hara dhaniya)
3/4 tbsp butter/ghee/oil
water for kneading
oil/ghee for frying

1 tbsp oil
3/4 tbsp garlic paste
salt 1/2 tsp (to taste)
cumin 1/2 tsp (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric pd (haldi)
1 tbsp coriander seeds - coarsely crushed (kuta dhaniya)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
3/4 tbsp chopped cilantro (hara dhaniya)
3/4 tbsp butter/ghee/oil
