Yummy treat to have in iftar, different from traditional samoosa's yet very common in vegetarians
cottage cheese 1/2 cup
cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
salt & black pepper to taste
cilantro/ coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
samoosa sheets
flour and water paste (glue to seal samoosa)
oil for frying
in a mixing bowl add both cheese (you can add mozzarella as well to make it more cheesy), salt, pepper and cilantro toss well
fill in samoosa sheets, make sure you seal well... If cheese is peaking it will come out while frying and you will end up with empty samoosa... and mess up oil as well
deep fry them on medium to high flame and have them with your favorite dip or ketchup
