We all have steamed or boiled rice leftover sometime, and if you have them today so try this crispy from outside with yummy chicken inside with melting cheese from the middle....
boiled rice 1 cup
boiled chicken 1 cup
salt and black pepper according to you taste
chicken powder 1 tsp
roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
green chilies chopped 1 -2 tbsp
cilantro/ coriander leaves 1/4 cup (chopped)
cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
cheddar cheese cubes
egg 1 + 1
seasoned flour (1/2 cup with 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper)
bread crumbs to coat
oil for deep frying
In food processor, process rice, chicken, salt, pepper, chicken powder, green chilies, cilantro, cumin seeds with 1 egg, and make a paste...
Then add chopped cabbage and mix with hands
To make balls... wet hand with water.. take a prepared batter in palm and spread... take a cube of cheese put it in middle make a tight smooth ball
then roll these balls in seasoned flour
dip in beaten egg
coat with bread crumbs
complete all balls with same process
and enjoy this full of nutrition and yummy recipe
