Today I am making Trending Dalgona coffee, it is exactly like we are as Indian Pakistanis are making since centuries.

Dalgona coffee- it started as a Tik Tok trend and has now exploded all over the internet as the It-Drink of the moment.
If you've got instant coffee, sugar, and water on hand, you can make this. It'll go by faster if you have a hand mixer, but a humble regular whisk, one powerful arm, and a good dose of patience and endurance will get you there too

It's old fashioned, it's comforting, it makes the kitchen smell wonderful and it's good! This perfectly creamy, rich hot cocoa is best with a blanket and a book.

Hot chocolate is sometimes I feel blessings for people like us living in this windy state or where we feel the summer only for 35-40 days :) When its single digit outside i serve this to my kids when they come back from school..
