Caramel Crunch کریمل کرنچ recipe by morEwish

 




This is basic caramel crunch recipe which you can use to enhance and add a touch of crunch to any dessert or icecream!







For crunch you just need sugar and  little bit of water, but the trick is you keep on stirring and be pataient, it will take a while but as soon as the mixture will turn into amber color, you are done. You can store caramel crunch into any airtight container or in a ziplock bag and keep it for months on room temperature.

Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1 1/2 tablespoon
