Chanay ki dal lauki گھیا چنے کی دال | Ghiya chanay ki daal recipe by morEwish

Ingredients: 

Gram Lentil (Chanay ki daal) 1 cup
Bottle gourd (Lauki/ghiya) 1/2 - 1 cup, cubed
Onion 2 medium, sliced
Tomatoes 2, medium, chopped
Salt
Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp (imli) 1/4 cup
Mint leaves 15 - 20
Oil 1/4 cup
