Nutella Chocolate Caramel Cookies 🍪 نٹیلا چاکلیٹ کریمل کوکیز recipe by morEwish

These Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies are perfectly chewy, and loaded with chocolate and caramel chips. You’ll love this easy twist on your favorite cookie!

As we and are heading towards the peak season for cookie baking, you will love to bake these and share again and again. These are simple and fancy — baked with a lot of heart and chocolate.

These cookies are probably a little different than what you are used to. I used a boxed cake mix in this recipe instead of dry ingredients. If you haven’t made cookies with a cake mix, you’re in for a real treat! Using the cake mix and Nutella in these chocolate cookies keeps them very moist!

I saw this recipe the other day on Six Sister's Stuff Instagram, and I know I had to give it a try.
As they suggested - These cookies are a little sticky due to the caramel bits that are in them. To keep the cookies from sticking to the pan,  line the pan with parchment paper.
Another option is to leave the caramel out of the cookies until they are scooped onto the pan. You can insert a few caramel pieces into the top of each cookie to keep them off the bottom. Not only does this help with sticking, but it makes sure each bite is full of delicious melted caramel.

Me and kids loved these with a cup of milk. You also try them out and maybe you'll find new favorites to add to your holiday cookie trays.
