Vegetable Patties

Yummy and healthy snack to have it with tea or coffee or a treat for Iftar

potatoes 2 
peas 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
freshly crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
cumin pd 1/2 tsp
puff pastry 2 sheets
egg 1 beaten

boil potatoes and peas, add salt, black pepper, and cumin pd

mash them... now totally upto you.. if you want chunks in it... mash coarsely or you can mash them finely

roll the puff pastry sheet... make squares... put the veggie mixture in center...

give them a shape as you want... seal it with beaten egg... put all of them on a baking tray and brush top with beaten egg

 bake them on 400 F/ 200 C till they get good dark color on top... and serve
