I have been working to perfect theese tender pops. Since my girls believe they can live on tender pops, and we were constantly buying KnNs tender pops. I decided to make them at home. They came out perfectly crispy while being tender and flavorful on the inside. They were everything a good fried chicken tender pop should be!
Crispy fried chicken is a great addition to your dinnertime table and these tenders pops are a quick and easy way to do it. They are so versitle, you can make sandwich out of them, serve with pasta or salad, or I made Zingerratha (Crispy chicken in Paratha) out of them.
This recipe is sure a keeper since Ramadan are around the corner! They are make ahead and you can make a big bacth and freeze them. And you can bake them or air fry them as well. In the end use panko crumbs or breadcrumbs instead of flour. Dredge the chicken from the batter into the breadcrumbs then add to a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush with just 2 tablespoons of melted butter or spray with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or air fry them.

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 2 lbs
Salt 1 tsp,
Black pepper powder 1 tsp,
Mustard powder 1 tsp,
Vinegar 2 tbsp,
Chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbsp
Batter:
Flour - 4 tbspCorn flour 4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Chilled milk - to make a smooth batter
For coating:
Flour 1 cupBaking powder 1 tsp
