Zeera walay Aaloo | Aaloo ki katliyan | Seared Potatoes with cumin recipe by morEwish

A baby on one hip, a toddler crying on your leg, with soccer practice in less than an hour - I get it. Been there. Done that. Still doing that!
So, healthy, quick weeknight meals are a must for everybody. Whether it's just you or a family of 5 you're feeding. And when I have nothing to cook then aloo ki katlian or Zeeray walay aloo is
the best option for us. Have it with Paratha or chapati goes well with this dish or enjoy it at breakfast.

Simple, great-tasting recipe ready in a flash. Just what you need when there's a lot on your plate. Recipe, which could be easily made at home at any time of the day. And if you make these allos in a different way let me know in a comment

3/4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp cumin seeds, zeera
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red peppers (kuti lal mirch)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 cup oil
