Sun dried tomatoes 4oz
Reserved oil from jar 4 tbsp
Chicken 1 lbs, cut into strips
Salt
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp, minced
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 6 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
Red pepper flakes 1/2 - 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 cups
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
