An easy palak paneer recipe that guarantees the best flavor - creamy, nutty and fragrant spinach gravy served with tender paneer. You can make it vegan by substituting it with tofu as well or Mexican queso blanco works very well too.

Paneer 1 package, cubed and fried
Spinach (Palak) 2 lbs
Garlic 1 tsp, minced
Salt
Cumin 1 tbsp, roasted and grounded
Garam masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 medium, finely chopped
Cilantro 4 tbsp, finely chopped
Cream 15o - 200 gms
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
