As per the promise I am sharing another delightful recipe, which you can prepare easily in a Crock-pot - Matar Qeema. It's typical Indian/Pakistani dish where ground meat (Qeema) is simmered with warm desi spices and finished by sautéing with Green Peas (Matar).

Onion, sliced 1 medium, 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 2 medium
Salt 1 tsp, to tasteRed chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Peas (matar) 1/2 - 1 cup
