Quiche قیش | 🥧 Breakfast/Brunch recipe in Urdu by morEwish

This simple and basic quiche recipe is so easy to make and a great presentation for guests! Quiche is actually a French tart made out of pastry crust filled with savoury custard with chpice of cheese, meat, and/or vegetables. Quiche can be served hot or cold.

This Easy Quiche Recipe starts with a premade pie crust but no one has to know! There’s no hard-and-fast rule here. Two cups of cheese makes an especially rich quiche, good for a family brunch or dinner party but you can cut it back to a cup or so for a weeknight dinner.

The other fillings just need to be cooked through and fairly dry or wont relaese water that much. Aim for one to two cups cooked ingredients — fewer lets you enjoy the silkiness of the quiche, while more make a more substantial meal. Wilted spinach, cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions all favorites in various combinations.

Mini quiche are a win in more ways than one. You get all the best parts of quiche — a flaky crust and cheesy, eggy center — in an adorable, bite-size shape, they take less time to bake, and you can make multiple flavors in one go. They’re the perfect appetizer to feed a crowd, or fun addition to any brunch spread.

You can prepare all the ingredients the night before for easy prep in the morning. Store the egg mixture, covered, in the glass measuring cup. Cut the pastry circles and place them in the muffin cups; cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill. In the morning, assemble the quiche while the oven preheats.
