Malai Qeema ملاۂی قیمہ recipe by morEwish

Whether your tastes trend toward traditional or experimental, there’s universal comfort in joining around a table for a meal.This Malai Qeema recipe requires basic and simple ingredients but with the addition of cream cheese and cream, it enhance the flavors and it turns out delicious!










This recipe is so versatile, it could be your weeknight dinner or its so presentable and delicious that you can easily serve this Qeema to your guests in any get together.
Today I used beef, but you can easily make this with grounded chicken and it turns out equally delicious.

Ingredients: 


Grounded meat 1 lb, Qeema
Garlic, minced 1 1/2 tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies, paste 8
Cilantro 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin, roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Mace powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cream 1 1/4 cup
Oil/ghee 12 cup
