Spicy masala covered chard sweet potato pieces served with warm chapti roti, I am ready to rock my meatless Monday! This recipe embraces the incredible natural sweetness of sweet potaoes but gives it a spicy edge.
As we are gearing up for shorter days, cooler temperatures, colorful leaves and sweatshirts, our way of cooking will change too with weather. I personally love to use fresh fall produce to make warm comfort food and this Sweet Potato masala is one of them.

Urad daal 2 tablespoons.

Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon.
Garlic 1 tablespoon, minced
