This Dhuwan gosht have lot of variations. Basically its made with goat meat but you can use any meat it turns out equally delicious. It's a great choice for busy weeknights, needing just 15 minutes of prep. You can batch cook it as well and freeze for another day. This dhuwan gosht is nutritious, simple and easy curry where the meat will melt in your mouth.

Meat (goat, lamb, beef, chicken) 1 lb
Yogurt 3/4 cup, (reserve 2 -3 tablespoon for meat marination and 2 -3 tablespoon for topping)
Onion 1 medium, chopped
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
