Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Golden Steer French Cuff seasoning
5 tbsp very cold butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream or unsweetened yogurt

Let’s Bake!
⿡ Preheat your oven to 425°F.
⿢ In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
⿣ Stir in sugar, cheddar cheese, and Golden Steer French Cuff seasoning. Mix well!
⿤ Grate in the cold butter using a box grater (yes, really!) and toss it into the flour mixture.
⿥ Add sour cream and mix gently by hand until a rough dough forms. Pro Tip: Don’t overmix—it’s the secret to flaky biscuits!
⿦ On a floured surface, press the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick, fold a few times, then cut with a round biscuit cutter.
⿧ Place biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 11 minutes or until beautifully golden.
