Garlicky Sesame Chicken Wings


chicken wings are all time favorite of my family... today I am sharing another variant... which was yum :)

chicken wings 14 - 15 pieces
all purpose flour 1 cup
egg 1 
corn starch 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp (to taste)
black pepper 1/2 tsp (to taste)
water - to make batter 
oil deep frying 

for sauce:
oil 1 tbsp
minced garlic 1 tbsp
honey 4 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame seeds 2 -3 tbsp

in a mixing bowl add flour, corn starch, egg, salt and black pepper... 


make a smooth batter with water


add the halves chicken wings


mix well and marinate them for minimum 1 hr


then deep fry them till tender and golden


put them on paper towel... to absorb extra oil


now make a sauce: Heat oil add minced garlic and cook til it start changing color


Add honey and mix add salt and soy sauce


add fried wing in this... toss them well so each wing will coat the sauce... then sprinkle sesame over them


and they are done...


i served them with stir fried veggies
