Dum Chops


This is a quick way to make delicious goat chops.... the combination of flavors will make those who don't like Eid Sacrificed animal meat smell come back for more... :)

chops 2 lb/ 1 kg (I used goat here you can easily with lamb)
salt 1 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp 
papaya paste / meat tenderizer 1 tsp
minced garlic 1tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
oil 2 - 3 tbsp

in mixing bowl add, salt, black pepper, papaya paste, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce.. and mix well with oil

add the chops mix well and marinate them for 1 - 2 hours


heat pan, add the marinated chops, and start cooking on low heat... it doesn't need water because meat will release water itself which is enough to chops to get tender.. but add some if you feel like


when they are tender... dish out and enjoy :)
