Basic and easy Brownie براونی recipe by morEwish



After lots of testing I am sharing best brownie recipe! Perfect crisp crackly top, super fudgy centre, chewy or gooey in all the right places, studded with melted chunks of chocolate.







This brownie recipe guarantees that you will never go back to a boxed brownie mix, let alone try yet another brownie recipe. Pure. Chocolate. Heaven.   You only need ONE bowl and you don’t even need a mixer! I guarantee they will be a family favorite dessert.

Althoug there is just one bad news? You might be eating the entire tray of fudge brownies in one sitting.






In this recipe you can either use oil or butter. Butter will enhance the taste but even if you are using oil, it taste great. If you are into cake like brownies, just add a teaspoon of baking powder in this recipe with all purpose flour. Always line your baking pan with parchment paper. Just spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line with parchment paper with an overhang on the sides and spray again. This will make it easy to lift the brownies out of the pan after baking.
Don't forget to sift the flour and cocoa together to make sure you don’t have any cocoa clumps. And like I always mention in my bread and mufin recipes please don’t over mix the batter. If you over mix the brownies will turn out cakey and they won’t have a nice crackly top.

Now for fidgy brownies especially don’t over bake. This one is REALLY important. If you over bake, your brownies won’t be fudgy and moist. They will keep baking in the pan while they are cooling so take them out when are just set. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. For fudge brownies, you want there to be a some crumbs stuck to the toothpick. Check at 25 minutes to be safe.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting. Cut with a sharp knife or you can cut with a plastic knife. Yes, a plastic knife works wonders when cutting brownies. The crumbs don’t stick to the plastic. It’s amazing!

Ingredients:


Eggs 4
Sugar 2 cups
Oil/butter 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder 2/3 cups
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate chips 1 cup, melted

Add ins: 

Chocolate chips/chucks 1 cup
Chopped nuts 1/2 - 1 cup
Nutella 1/2 cup - just swril on top

For Cakey brownies add 1 teaspoon baking powder
