Buffalo wings


A Buffalo wing, is a chicken wing section (drumette or flat) that is traditionally deep-fried unbreaded and then coated in sauce. 
Buffalo wings were created in Buffalo, New York. The residents of Buffalo generally refer to them as "wings" or "chicken wings" rather than "Buffalo wings

To cook these wings there are three but easy steps... so, to start here are the ingredients...

Chicken wings - 1 lb 

for marination:
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp

for batter:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cornflour/corn starch
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
water to make smooth batter 

self rising flour 1/2 cup for rolling

Buffalo sauce:

Oil 1 tbsp
garlic chopped 1 tbsp
tomato paste 1 tbsp
vinegar 3 tbsp
ketchup 3 tbsp
chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp

Now, to start the recipe... wash wings and cut one wing piece into two halves




then, marinate it with salt and pepper and keep it aside...




in separate bowl add flour, baking powder, and cornflour



then add eggs, oil, salt, pepper and milk... and mix properly



add water to make a smooth paste...

batter should not be too runny nor too thick... its should be of medium consistency



then, add the marinated chicken in the batter



then, roll it in the self rising flour.... if you don't have self rising flour ... take 1/2 cup flour and add 1/2 tsp of baking powder in it...and roll in this



keep the rolled chicken aside...



then... deep fry these pieces in the pre heated oil... and keep them on a paper towel




Now, the sauce... yo can make it while your wings are frying

Heat oil... and then add garlic and fry for 2 minutes




add, tomato paste and vinegar and mix well



add ketchup and chili garlic sauce... add some water around 1/2 cup



and cook till sauce get thickens


add the fried pieces of wing in the hot sauce..mix



 dish out and Serve.... :)
