Fried rice is a popular component of Asian cuisine, especially Chinese food. There are many popular varieties of fried rice, each with its own specific list of ingredients. Chinese restaurants catering to non-Chinese clientele have invented their own varieties of fried rice including egg fried rice, Malaysian (spicy) fried rice and the ubiquitous 'special fried rice'.
today I made Vegetable fried rice so thought to share it with you all... and the ingredients are
Rice 3 cups boiled
tomato 1 big size chopped
mix frozen vegetable - 1 cup
eggs 2 beaten
black pepper 1 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
oil 4 tbsp
Heat oil and fry tomatoes ... till they get soft
Add fried veggies and mix... at this time sprinkle some salt and pepper
when veggies get done... pour the beaten egg in between the pot and simmer and let it cook
break the egg pieces with the spoon and mix...
Add the boiled rice... black pepper and sugar
mix... and cover...simmer and leave it for 10 - 15 minutes
dish out and serve :)
