Fried Noodles Pulao... recipe I saw over a TV channel made by chef Zakir... I found it interesting so I tried it and it was yummy..so i though to share it with you all... so the ingredients are:
Rice 3 cups (soaked)
spaghetti boiled ½ packetEggs 3
Red capsicum 1
Green capsicum 1
Carrot 1
Boiled peas 1 cup
Onion 1 medium
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil ¼ cup
Oil for frying
Parsley ½ bunch
Take all the ingredients out...cut the bell peppers in baby cube size... slice onion... and for peas and carrots i used the frozen packet...
Now, deep fry boiled noodles in batches
Keep that aside... break them with hand
Separately heat oil...add onion till it get soft
Add garlic (i used paste) but fresh is better...
First add carrots and peas...because they are raw... you can skip this step by blanching them before... cook them for 2-3 minutes
Add... both colored bell peppers... mix
Add cumin seeds.. mix...cook till veggies start to cook (DON'T over cook these veggies... because red bell pepper will get mushy if you over cook them)
Add water... cook it till it gets boil... add salt
Cover and cook on high flame till you see only bubbles of water... add parsley and spaghetti mix
take the egg out each in separate bowl and carefully that they wont break
slight those eggs over rice individually...
Cover, simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until rice gets done...
Take out the eggs first on separate plate... mix the rice
