Garlicky Brown Rice

Today I made garlic rice using brown rice....Brown rice or "hulled rice" unmilled or partly milled rice, is a kind of whole, natural grain. It has a mild nutty flavor, is chewier and more nutritious than white rice... and adding garlic will make it more good for health... you need:

brown rice 2 cups (boiled completely with salt)
garlic minced 1 tbsp (you can adjust according to your taste
oil 2 tbsp - 4 tbsp
add celery, spring onion chopped for some color 

heat oil, add minced garlic, mix and cook till they start changing its color 

add boiled rice... and any veggie if you want to add in,... mix well, till rice coat all garlic.... simmer and cover and cook for 10 - 12 minutes

dish out and serve and with any gravy... today i served it with chicken jalfrezi
