Hot Shots Sandwich

So, I have few marinated Hot Shots KFC Style... and i used them in a sandwich... and here are the details:

fired hot shots KFC style (http://morewish.blogspot.com/2012/06/kfc-style-hot-shots-with-arabian-rice.html)

ice berg lettuce

cheese slices

sandwich sauce (mayonnaise 1/2 cup + 1 tsp vinegar + pinch of white pepper)

burger buns or bread slices

mayonnaise or butter to spread 

toast bread slices... spread mayonnaise or butter

fry hot shots and put them on paper towel to absorb extra oil

put 3-4 hot shots on bread slice, put some lettuce on that... then put about teaspoon of mayo sauce then a slice of cheese.... cover with the second piece of toasted and buttered bread slice

and enjoy a yummy Zinger style Hot shots burger/ sandwich :)
