chicken 1 pound boneless
cottage cheese 1 packet
bread slices 2
egg white 1
corn flour 2 - 3 tbsp
bread crumbs 2 - 3 tbsp
green chilies 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp (to taste)
black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
coriander leaves chopped 4 -5 tbsp
oil for frying
first boil chicken
add bread slices... and run in processor
add salt, black pepper, egg white, corn flour, cheese, green chilies, coriander, bread crumbs and soy sauce
mix well and rest this mixture for 10 - 15 minutes
then, shape them
and shallow fry them from both sides till golden color
put them in paper towel to absorb excess oil
serve and enjoy with ketchup :)
