This is my family recipe... and want to tell you If you are on diet... just skip french fries... you can have it with bran bread... so you need:
chicken 1 lbs
yogurt 1 cup
ginger 1 tsp
garlic 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
all spice pd 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
fried french fries - 1 potato
peas 1/2 cup
whip yogurt, add ginger and garlic, salt and black pepper... mix well
add chicken with yogurt mixture... add oil... and start cooking
separately fry french fries.. and keep them aside
as soon chicken get tender... cook on high flame till you get a thick gravy
Add french fries in chicken and peas... simmer for 2-3 minutes... add all spice powder and mix
Dish out and serve
