Very very famous and authentic South Asian dish .. every house hold has their own recipe... n today I am sharing my family recipe... you need:
Mince meat (Qeema) - 2 lbs ( i used chicken mince this time, you can use goat or beef)
fried onion 6 tbsp
tomatoes 2 big or 3 medium
salt 1 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp
coriander pd 2 tsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tbsp
turmeric pd 1/2 tsp
yogurt 3 - 4 tbsp
potatoes small cubes 2 big
all spice pd 1 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
oil 1/4 cup
heat oil in pan... add chopped tomatoes, salt, garlic & ginger paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric pd and fried onion... cook till tomatoes get soft
add whipped yogurt... and cook till oil comes up
add mince meat... mix and cover all mince with masala...
add cubed potatoes, mix, cover and cook on low heat... till potatoes get tender... and cook till water get dries...
sprinkle half of all spice powder you can use one or two green chilies at this point... simmer and cover and cook for more 5 minutes
dish out, sprinkle all spice powder and chopped coriander
