Chicken & Cheese Bread

Flour 3 cups
Instant yeast 1 tbsp 
Powdered milk 2 tbsp 
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg - 1 + 1 for  egg wash

For Chicken Mixture:

Chicken boiled and shredded 1 - 1 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 3 -4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander leaves/ parsley 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp 
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Cheese 1/2 cup (or as per requirment)
Sesame seeds as required

In a bowl mix together flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, oil and 1 egg...

Separately add yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and leave it to activate... when it will get frothy texture means its activated and perfect for use 

Add in flour mixture and knead to a medium soft dough with slightly warm water, leave to rise for 1 hour

For chicken mixture, heat butter

add chopped onion... fry till soften

Add flour mix well 

add milk in it... mix immediately or this mixture will get lumpy...

add salt, black pepper and all spice pd and cook till it get thickens 

add the shredded chicken mix till everything combined 

add chopped parsley... and let it cool completely  

now... punch down the raised dough.... 

knead it one more time 

divide dough into 4 parts or 6 depending what size of bread you want... roll the dough into rectangular shape

put filling in the center sprinkle cheese over it ... (you can skip cheese in this step if you want only chicken bread) 

cut the side diagonally as seen in the picture with sharp knife

fold each side inward overlapping each piece like braid 

complete folding till end 

put them on greased baking tray... and leave them for second rise (around 20 minutes)

now brush top with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds

Bake the in pre heated oven on 350 F /180 C

Right after taking out of the oven apply butter well on whole bread and let it rest covered with a cloth for 2-3 min to soften the bread completely

and serve
