Ramazan is around the corner guys... and pakoras are must to have in Iftar... so there is basic piyaz k pakoray... you need:
gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp (to taste)
crushed red chili 1/2 tsp (to taste)
cumin (zeera) 1/2 tsp
sliced onion 2 tbsp
green chili chopped (optional)
make a thick paste with water combining all ingredients
drop a spoon full in hot oil... deep fry them
fry till golden... take them out on kitchen towel... and serve
