Poori Paratha (deep fried flat bread)

Poori paratha is another kind of paratha i served it with BBQ, which i did on beach

All purpose bleached flour 2 cups
ghee (clarified butter) 2 tbsp
milk 1/2 cup
water for kneading
oil + 1 - 2 ghee for frying

take a bowl, add flour, salt and ghee

add milk and mix it with hand till combine

knead it with water till all ingredients combine together... then put it on a flat surface and knead well

knead till you get a smooth dough... for about 8 - 10 minutes... more you need the best dough will you get... more the merrier

divide dough in to 3 -4 portions depends how big your frying pan is

put one part on heavily greased flat surface

stretch it with hands, then give them slits with your fingers

pull it and deep fry on high flame... and serve
